Refund and Return Policy – Effective as of 16/08/2025

At Sweetnapo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we provide easy, transparent return and refund options to make the process smooth and worry-free.


Returns

You may return any unused item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached)

  • It is returned in the original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is included

To initiate a return, email info@sweetnapo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. To replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Undergarments or personal wear for hygiene reasons


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on your preference.
