We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase.
  • Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original condition, including packaging. Perishable items such as fresh produce, meat, or dairy products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Non-returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, certain items are non-returnable, including opened or used food items, personalized items, and gift cards.

2. Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, the following terms apply:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund Amount: You will receive a refund for the cost of the returned item(s). Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

    Please note: If you received free shipping on your order and the returned items bring your total below the minimum threshold required for free shipping, the original shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend returning the item following our returns process and placing a new order for the item you desire. Please contact our customer service team to assist with any exchange-related questions or issues.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide instructions and a return authorization if necessary.
  3. Ship the Item: If you are instructed to send the item back, carefully package it and ship it to the address provided. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Confirmation: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

6. Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If your order is still in processing and hasn’t been shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.
