Shipment Policy of Sweetnapo

At Sweetnapo, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. This Shipment Policy outlines how we handle the shipping of your products and provides important information regarding shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.

By placing an order with Sweetnapo, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipment Policy.

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods to meet the needs of our customers. Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected and the destination of the order. Below are the general shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days from the order processing date.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days from the order processing date.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for select orders and usually arrives the next business day after processing.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the following factors:

  • Destination: The shipping rate is determined by the delivery address.
  • Order Size and Weight: Heavier and larger orders may incur higher shipping fees.
  • Promotions: From time to time, Sweetnapo may offer free shipping or discounted rates on specific orders. These promotions will be clearly noted on our website or during checkout.

At checkout, the shipping cost will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) to monitor the progress of your shipment.

4. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working to expand our shipping options in the future. If you have questions regarding shipping to a specific location, please contact our customer service team at info@sweetnapo.com.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • High demand or backordered items

Sweetnapo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) or circumstances outside of our control.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available) so you can track the status of your shipment. You can also log in to your account on Sweetnapo’s website to check the status of your order and shipment.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: Some shipping carriers do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address if possible.
  • Hazardous Materials: Certain products, such as perishable goods or liquids, may be subject to shipping restrictions based on your location. If applicable, Sweetnapo will notify you before completing your order.

8. Missing or Damaged Items

    Provide your order number and a description of the issue so we can assist you with a resolution. If your order arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and take photos of the damage as this will help expedite the claims process.

9. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update the shipping address. However, once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

10. Delivery Confirmation and Signature

For certain high-value orders, Sweetnapo may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safety of the package. If a signature is required, it will be noted in the order confirmation email. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave instructions on how to reschedule or pick up the package.

11. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address provided by you, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order. If the product is returned due to a shipping error on our part, we will cover the cost of reshipping.
