Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, and selected international locations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our customer service team to confirm shipping options.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT may be processed the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

• Free standard shipping is available for UK orders over £100.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. All deliveries require a valid street address and, where applicable, must be signed for upon receipt.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable replacement/refund.
